I was lucky enough to be recommended Matej for our wedding dinner in Spain.

I’m so pleased that we went with the recommendation. Matej was amazing from beginning to end. From helping us decide on a menu to delivering on the day.

His food is creative and delicious. He goes above and beyond to make all guests feel comfortable and gives insight on all his dishes and how he’s prepared them.

It was a delight and a pleasure to eat his food.

Matej and his team were wonderful. He cooked two meals for us - a dinner and for a wedding. The dinner he demonstrated making paella, which was so good. We hired Matej for our welcome and wedding dinner during our time in Spain. Matej provided us with two of the most amazing culinary experiences. I honestly can’t explain in words how comforting his food made all of our guests feel.

His team was also incredibly kind and attentive.

Matej did an amazing job cooking for our group of 13 during our recent family trip to Barcelona. He made four dinners for us and all were more delicious than the next. Each meal included many different dishes to choose from and we enjoyed that he explained the meals and the cooking process as well as how the different foods were important in the Spanish culture. Matej took a lot of pride in his cooking and it showed. We also appreciated that he was very accommodating to certain requests we made for the menu. The most amazing private chef experience. Matej and his team bring the Michelin star experience to your table. Every single dish is a work of art. And the wine pairing enhanced the experience to the next level. Our guests were absolutely blown away with the cuisine and talk about it for days. We can't wait to have more dinners from Matej in the future.
